Your data
Delete your data
Thrive is built so most of your data never leaves your device in the first place. Session conversations are stored locally and clear automatically after a few days. If you have linked an email account, a small amount of milestone and badge metadata is also held on our servers — this page explains how to delete it.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
Open Thrive, go to Account, and tap Delete account. This removes all server-side data linked to your account immediately and signs you out on this device.
This is the fastest option and the one we recommend. It’s available to every user whether or not they have linked an email.
Option 2 — Email us
Send an email to support@thrivenowforever.com with the subject line Delete my data. To help us locate your account, include one of the following:
- The email address used to link your Thrive account (if any), or
- Your user ID, visible in Account → Send feedback inside the app.
We’ll process the request and confirm completion within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
What gets deleted
- Your anonymous account identifier on our servers.
- Any milestone and badge metadata synced to your account (mode completed, date).
- Your linked email address and authentication record, if you had one.
What was never stored
Session conversations are never retained on our servers. They live only on your device and clear automatically after a few days, so there’s nothing for us to delete there. Payment card details are never seen by Thrive — subscriptions are handled by the App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat.
Once we’ve processed the request, deletion is permanent. It’s not possible to recover a deleted account or its history.
